Redflags:

1. He'll act defensive when you bring up other women, such as his "friend who is a girl". He will get flustered.
2. He will be unclear about his relationship with his friend. At first he will say he was dating her but that he will tell her he only wants to be friends. "I'll put her in the friend zone". Then later he'll tell you he was pissed at her and that he had lost her as a friend. Then a few days later he says that she was in his apartment watering his plants.
3. If you find womens razors, hair clips, womens deoderant, womens winter scarf, womens sunglasses in his car and apartment, do NOT let him get away with telling you that they are from before you got together, or that he uses womens razors because he likes the extra lubrication, or that the hairclip belongs to his mother. Go directly ask his mom!
4. He will always be texting the girls and never includes you in his conversation with his "friends".
5. He'll refuse to let you meet his "friend who is a girl" and will use ridiculous excuses such as "my friend is so sensitive that if she meets you, she'll be jealous of your beauty and develop an eating disorder"
6. If you look up "psychopath" on google and your boyfriend sounds just like the description
7. His cell phone will be turned off often, especially at night and into the morning.
8. Photos on facebook will be posted of him with another girl. Don't let him tell you that its an old photo if its a coincidence that hes in Florida on business and the picture is in Florida and was posted while he is in Florida on "business". Ask him for proof and do not give him 3 weeks to create "fake proof" which is a document that is photocopied with a different date in the document. Make him log into his email or flight website to check itinerary.
9. He'll delete his facebook the day you become official and exclusive.
10. His parents relationship is significantly abnormal- the father is not allowed to say anything or even sleep in a bed, acts like a slave
11. One or both parents have mental illness
12. He goes into the bathroom often with his phone
13. He never takes out his phone in front of you
14. You feel confused on where you stand, it is blurry on weather you are exclusive. He will become angry if you bring it up
15. He hates labels such as "boyfriend"
16. He will put the blame on you and make you feel guilty for doubting him and having trust issues
17. He'll blow you off and not even call to say he can't make it. He'll be full of excuses and if you are upset he'll be angry at you and say that something is stressing him out (taxes, his cat dying) and that you should excuse him. He knows how to get away with anything!
18. He'll be extremely stressed because he is trying to please and juggle at least 3 girlfriends. He'll seem stressed about something vague such as "work"
19. He'll wash the bed sheets almost every time you go over there
20. He'll have many toothbrushes and say that he likes a variety of hard/soft bristles
21. He'll threaten to hate you or make your life miserable if you don't do what he says. If you try to end the realtionship, he'll tell you that if you stop talking to him you'll be jaded and fucked up. He acts like he cares so much about you, yet he won't hesitate to call the police and bring you to court.
22. He'll say extreme things such as "if you leave me, i'll become a monk and leave the country"
23. You have a terrible feeling in your gut all the time, but then you'll think nothing of it when you remember how exciting the dates are, how much affection/compliments he give you, and the things he promises
24. he'll make you crazy. You'll start becoming an investigator, a snoop and insecure. You'll turn into a stalker
25. You'll feel on a roller coaster, so happy and high and then very quickly horrible emotions will follow


Tips:
1. Don't be fooled. I saw his family at least once a week, went on the family vacation, visited him in another state while he was on a business trip, he introduced me to all his coworkers at his Christmas party as his girlfriend, all his friends as well. A man this evil might have friends who are just as evil and like deceit or he might lie to them and tell them he is only casually dating, or he is blackmailing them.
2. A man who is able to get away with something like this is one who is very charming, and eloquent. He knows how to persuade people to get what he wants. He'll tell you what you want to hear, even if he cannot fulfill the promises. He'll compliment you and treat you like a princess when together in person, yet will ignore your phone calls when apart. he is a "smooth talker".
3 If you try to breakup with this looser, he will blame you and say that you "pressured him to be exclusive when he was not ready"
4. You should leave something over his apartment that another girl could find such a stuffed animal, or underwear or hair stuff. Also be sure to observe and see if he hides it in his closet like he did with my things.
5. The women he searches for are 1. naive 2. too nice 3. non-assertive 4. kind and gentle 5. forgiving
6. Protect yourself by checking to see if he is interested in you as a person, not just sex. You should wait longer than month to sleep with him.
7. Remember: actions speak louder than words. This man made a big deal on our first date about how much of a "giver" he was, yet I ended up giving him so many more massages, favors and gifts and he barely returned the favor.
8. Do not blame yourself for being a fool, a master manipulator like this knows exactly what you want to hear. He will figure out what you need and take advantage of you and walk all over you without you realizing. He is an ultimate trickster. He'll even cry for you

Living with Raynaud's Disease in New England

Having Raynaud's disease is a condition that causes certain areas of your body to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. The smaller arteries that supply blood to the skin narrow too much, limiting blood circulation to affected areas. In other words, if you have Raynaud's, then you are "allergic to the cold".

I met someone who was recommended by doctors to leave New England because it is not a comfortable place to be in when you are affected by the diesease. Unfortunetly, I have family and friends here and am not going to leave just so that I can feel warmer.

Some ways that I protect myself from the cold are:

1. Wearing gloves until May

2. Using a space heater to warm my room higher than 70 degrees F.

3. doing arm circles or other movement exercises when I become affected

4. using hand warmers if I am skiing or spending a long time outdoors

5. Not ever holding a cold drink in my hand, either placing it down on a table or have someone else hold it

6. never put away groceries that are meant to go in the freezer

7. ordering water with NO ice when going to restaurants

I dont feel that leaving New England would do me that much better. When I visit relatives in Texas, I find that everyone there has air conditioning, and sometimes the summers there feel much worse than being here because you are switching from extreme heat to cold often.

Ideally, if anyone would like to not ever experience these symptoms, I'd recommend going to a tropical place that does not have air conditioning. I recently visited Costa Rica and it was perfect for me there.

After I eat ice cream or have something very cold, my lips turn purple or get very cold and then I slur my words. I may sound drunk but I am not!!
